A Windfall for Iran? Foreign Affairs Article by Cyrus Amir-Mokri and Hamid Biglari

October 28, 2015, Washington, D.C. – As the dust begins to settle on the Nuclear Agreement between the P5+1 and Iran, business leaders, entrepreneurs and scholars are beginning to analyze the path Iran will follow after the sanctions have been lifted.

In a Foreign Affairs article titled A Windfall for Iran? two prominent Iranian Americans, Cyrus Amir-Mokri and Hamid Biglari, evaluate whether Iran will open itself up to the world and fulfill its economic potential, or if the country’s influential conservative elite will thwart global engagement. Asking detailed questions, Amir-Mokri and Biglari deliberate over the current investment infrastructure in Iran and identify how Iran can foster an environment conducive to foreign investment.
