BOARD
PAAIA and PAAIA Fund each have a Board of Directors. The PAAIA Board is elected by the members. All Board nominees have to be elected, except replacement board members. According to PAAIA’s bylaws, half the Board has to be trustees; the other half may be regular members.
The PAAIA Fund Board is appointed by the PAAIA Board.
