As PAAIA's Executive Director, Saghi Modjtabai provides operational direction for the organization, ensuring that PAAIA’s three pillars of community building, image building, and influence building are met. Saghi works closely with PAAIA’s Director of Government Relations & Political Affairs, Director of Research and Development, and Director of Community Relations and Nex Gen Liaison to meet PAAIA’s missions.
Saghi joins PAAIA with significant management and operational expertise. The founder and owner of a successful health care consulting firm, Saghi routinely works with large health care organizations and State and local entities to develop and implement health care programs. She most recently served as the Head of Behavioral Health and Pharmacy Sales Support and Knowledgebase at Aetna, receiving high accolades for the quality, accuracy, and responsiveness of the Departments she ran and scoring the highest employee satisfaction results in the organization. Prior to joining Aetna, Saghi was the Vice President of Development for ValueOptions, the largest privately-owned behavioral health organization in the US.
Saghi received her Masters in Social Work and Community Planning from the University of Maryland and her Masters in Public Health with minor in International Health from George Washington University.
